Ubisoft Game Producers lead complex projects in international and rapidly evolving environments. They need to demonstrate leadership and excellent management skills: they manage large teams composed of various profiles such as designers, artists, animators, programmers, or brand managers. They ensure efficient collaboration between the different parties, often spread out across several locations. To succeed in highly-competitive markets, they need to demonstrate strong business acumen and have a thorough understanding of player expectations. Responsible for overseeing the quality of the game, its budget, schedule, and resource planning, their challenge - together with their teams - is to create successful and innovative games.
Within the Graduate program, your specific missions will reflect the stage of the game's development. They can include project planning, follow-up and budgeting, facilitating team collaboration & communication, as well as ad hoc missions such as market analysis or consumer playtest organization. In addition to playing an active role within the project team, you will have direct & privileged exposure to the many facets of a game's production.
